Assessing when not to go ahead, too
If the case is not right for ANTEX, we tell you before putting a proposal together.
The DigiBite method
ANTEX is the tool. Even if your company has not started using AI yet, DigiBite helps you choose where to begin, organise your source material, launch a practical first use case and measure the results.
The path
Even if your company has not used AI before, the process starts with something familiar: the questions people ask every day. From there, we choose the sources and launch a first use case with agreed goals.
DigiBite combines the platform with analysis, source preparation and hands-on review. You do not need to arrive with a finished AI strategy: we build it one step at a time around a real problem.
ANTEX comes from companies with a lot of documentation but no simple way to find the right answer. Archives, internal search engines and wikis mostly help people who already know what to look for. ANTEX lets you ask a question in plain language and always shows the sources used to answer it.
01
We collect the questions you receive by email, phone, chat and internal conversation. We assess how often they come up, who they are for and how long they take to answer.
What you get
A map of the real questions and the work they take
02
For each topic we choose the valid source, rule out the outdated versions and flag the information that is missing. The quality of the answers depends above all on this stage.
What you get
A tidy archive with one valid source per topic
03
We set the tone, the limits, the excluded topics and the cases to pass to a person. The company makes the decisions; DigiBite turns them into rules and checks them.
What you get
An assistant configured to the company's rules
04
We launch the service in one department or on one channel, with goals agreed in advance. In the first weeks we review answers, sources and rules.
What you get
A live case, with figures you can compare before and after launch
05
If the first case meets its goals, we assess the next ones on the basis of the data collected and the company's priorities.
What you get
A plan for the next applications, based on the data
What we commit to
If the case is not right for ANTEX, we tell you before putting a proposal together.
The assistant fits into the tools and processes you already use, unless we agree that a change would be genuinely useful.
Sources, rules and wording stay editable by your team through the panel.
We agree the indicators before launch and review them together, including when the result is not the one we expected.
These points describe how we work. Commitments, activities and responsibilities are set out in the proposal before the work starts.
Tell us which questions you receive and which documents you use. We will work out together whether ANTEX suits your case, and we will say so clearly when it does not.
